Our incoming and outbound email and telephone calls are being hacked, filtered and spoofed.
I have watched telephone calls come into my Verizon Blackberry and seen both the calling numbers and the voice mail messages disappear before I could return the call. Bear with us until these problems are resolved.
Verizon has NOT responded to my letters 1/26/2010, 4/20/2010 and 6/21/2010 asking for help removing the spyware from my Blackberrys - detailed description. This cellphone hacking is part of a much larger, long running pattern of criminal activity.

SMobile Systems Cellphone Security Software, a leading cellphone antivirus provider, will not install on my Verizon 8830 Blackberrys. Spyware disables security software and/or prevents it from being loaded, that's how spyware survives and spreads.
Sarah (SMobile Systems Tech Support) says they have 10,000 Verizon Blackberry 8830 customers running their software successfully and have had only one other instance where their software would not install.
Joy (Tech Support Manager) said, "It must be something in the network."
SMobile Systems software failed to install both on my original Blackberry 8830 we repeatedly wiped clean and on a brand new 8830 I bought to circumvent any existing spyware.
Verizon has known about the dangers of cellphone spyware for years but has not warned or protected their customers or helped us, even when we repeatedly asked them for help.
This cellphone hacking is part of a much larger pattern of criminal activity that has included many thefts, threats, estate fraud, equipment sabotage, even the slashing and staining of my clothing and personal items. Our web sites are regularly corrupted. Our computers, software and business equipment are repeatedly sabotaged, stolen or destroyed.
Criminals are trying to strangle our business and stop our marketing activities.
